The tunnel is 296 feet long and formed out of Gasconade Dolomite. This hike is one of the longer ones in the state and show off some unique geological characteristics about Missouri.
This was a GREAT hike! Lots to see in 7.5 miles! If you are near Bennett Spring SP, you should hike this trail.
