Delicious Creamy Chocolate
New York Rolls

Dough recipe
For homemade 👇
Ingredients
Croissant dough
260g high gluten flour
260g low gluten flour
60g sugar
10g salt
20g fresh yeast
50g unsalted butter
100ml cold milk
160ml cold water
240g unsalted butter for rolling
in the bowl of the food processor
pour in the flour
put the salt and sugar and mix well
pour in the crumbled fresh yeast
over it pour the cold milk and water
then knead the dough for 3min
at low speed
until you get a sticky dough
Add 50g butter
then increase to medium speed
and continue to knead for 6 to 8min
Form a tight ball of dough
