2025年12月に佐賀県鹿島市にある「祐徳稲荷神社」で「ナイトウォーク狐の嫁入り」のイベントに行きました。

・祐徳稲荷神社

主祭神は、倉稲魂大神、大宮売大神、猿田彦大神です。
境内は、楼門や神楽殿、本殿などで構成され、豪華で鮮やかな外観から「鎮西日光」と呼ばれています。
本殿の先には奥の院へ向かって朱色の鳥居が続き、奥の院からは有明海まで一望できる絶景が広がります。
四季が非常に豊かな神社で、春は境内を桜が彩り、秋にはモミジやイチョウが紅葉します。
外苑である東山公園は市内でも屈指の花の名所で、一目5万本のツツジに加え、桜やコスモス、菜の花が美しい場所として有名です。




・ナイトウォーク 狐の嫁入り 2025

本年3度目の開催となり、いつもと違う夜の姿を見ることができる。
自然豊かな広大な敷地に広がる楼門、境内、日本庭園にかけてのライトアップと本殿内ではプロジェクションマッピングの演出が施されます。
来場者には狐のお面を被っていただき、婚礼の儀の来賓としてエリア内を回遊していただきます。
「悪縁を絶って良縁を呼び込む」をテーマにした秋の新しい神事です。

開催期間：2025年 9/20(土)〜11/30(日)
開催時刻：18:00〜21:00（最終受付20:40）
※土日祝日の18:30頃に1度、門前街から境内まで
狐の嫁入り行列が練り歩きます。
料金：大人 ￥1,500、中高生 ￥1,000、小学生 ￥500、
　　　未就学児 無料(お面はつきません)
※狐のお面は数に限りがあるため先着順でなくなり次第終了予定



I'd like to introduce some places I happened to visit.
In December 2025, I visited Yutoku Inari Shrine in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture.

Yutoku Inari Shrine

The main deities enshrined are Kurainatama-no-Okami, Omiyaume-no-Okami, and Sarutahiko-no-Okami.
The shrine grounds, consisting of a tower gate, a kagura hall, and the main hall, are known as the "Chinzei Nikko" due to their gorgeous and vibrant appearance.
Beyond the main hall, a vermilion torii gate leads to the inner sanctuary, from which visitors can enjoy a spectacular view all the way to the Ariake Sea.
This shrine is blessed with beautiful seasonal scenery, with cherry blossoms decorating the grounds in spring and maple and ginkgo trees turning red in autumn.
Higashiyama Park, the outer garden, is one of the city's most famous flower spots, famous for its beautiful cherry blossoms, cosmos, and rapeseed flowers, as well as 50,000 azaleas.



・Night Walk: Fox Wedding 2025

This year marks the third year of the event, offering a unique nighttime spectacle.
The vast, naturally-filled grounds will be illuminated, encompassing the tower gate, grounds, and Japanese garden, and a projection mapping display will be showcased within the main hall.
Visitors will wear fox masks and wander the area as guests of the wedding ceremony.
This is a new autumn ritual themed around "severing bad relationships and attracting good ones."

Event Period: September 20th (Sat) - November 30th (Sun), 2025
Event Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Last admission at 8:40 PM)
*On weekends and holidays, a fox wedding procession will parade from the temple streets to the temple grounds around 6:30 PM.
Admission: Adults ¥1,500, Junior and Senior High School Students ¥1,000, Elementary School Students ¥500,
Preschoolers Free (Masks not included)
*Fox masks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
