The global supply chain has been upended, and companies are scrambling to figure out how to source, transport, process, store, and distribute food. What lies ahead?
Emily Laber-Warren, director of Health & Science Reporting, addresses these topics in conversation with two Newmark J-School alums, Alex Robinson ’12, editor, Modern Farmer Media; and Rachel Sapin ’12, Americas reporter, IntraFishMedia.
Alex Robinson is the editor of Modern Farmer. His work has appeared in publications across North America, including Thomson Reuters, BBC Travel, CBC News, and the New York Daily News.
Rachel Sapin is a business reporter covering commercial fishing, aquaculture, and seafood. During her time with IntraFish she has been interested in exploring the relationship between aquaculture and wild-caught seafood as well as the politics of food in general. Previously, she has reported on Colorado state and local governments, immigration, refugees, and veterans’ issues.
