So, the logic is, you did not support ZoSOs, you are responsible for crime.....Indolence and incompetence at its highest." So said Hon. Keith Scotland SC, MP, as he emphatically denounced the government's declaration of another SOE at the Opposition Press Conference (3 March 2026), and its weak attempt to blame the Opposition for crime. The POS South MP then detailed the myriad of shortcomings in the ZoSO Bill, explained some of the regulations governing this new SOE, and proved without a shadow of a doubt that neither that bill, nor a second SOE, nor this failing government is the solution to crime.
