Iron Sharpens Iron Training Experience (ISITE) is a comprehensive church safety team training experience that incorporates realistic, scenario based training. Starting from our purpose and a theology of love and protection, to church safety team fundamentals, identifying threats and opportunities, Encountering Suspicious People, De-escalation, Escorting Disruptive People, Engaging Combative People (if disengagement fails), and Active Killer Response, it’s designed to build your competency and confidence as you serve. Our goal is to love God and love and protect people.
