Fighting Force - Hawk playthrough.
Released in late 1997 for PS1, and at a later date on other platforms, (Windows was a early PAL version release on October 1997) the game's reviews were all over the place.
Core Design originally pitched [ Fighting Force ] the game to Sega as a potential fourth entry in Sega's Streets of Rage series. Sega declined; according to Core, Sega explained that it had its own plans for continuing the series. Core opted to go ahead with the game as a standalone, multi-platform title, and started work on it. Core Design collaborated with ten coders from EA Japan in making the game.
I played it a lot on launch on PS1, playing local multiplayer with a friend was a lot of fun, and I remember it very well, good memories, and honestly a classic if you ask me.
