Banana pancake recipe:
1 banana
1 egg
Vanilla essence
Half teaspoon of baking powder

Mash the banana into a mixing bowl, then add the other ingredients. Mix until all lumps are gone. Put mixture into a large pan creating 3/4 pancakes. cook until golden brown.
