After failing the first time due to the difficulty modifiers and upgrades, decided to do one more run to beat it. I was able to pick which of the upgrades worked well to complete the run. Make sure you have Multiplier upgrades and Critical upgrades. Those upgrades really made a difference since chips are somewhat plentiful and can be added more in a lap with multipliers if you are only stuck to 1 then you will struggle. If you are able to get a good multiplier upgrade earlier on make use of the advantage to level it up.
