Train wagon unloading excavator special for unloading bulk material from train wagons
One cost-saving solution for train unloading system
It is one special fitted excavator consists of a straddle carrier and one upper part of the excavator or one whole excavator. The excavator upper part or the whole excavator is elevated by the straddle carrier which makes it coulld working over the wagons. Without workplace requirement and conveyor system, it has much more flexibility and mobility compared with wagon tippler and wagon loader.
For better work effiencity, it has been fitted with specially designed 1.6 m3 heavy-duty buckets and 2.5 m3 coal buckets which could maximize a railway wagons unloading speed. Thereafter, the cargo is dumped in a stockpiling area or directly into a truck box.
