Welcome to the setup guide for Inogen One G4® portable oxygen concentrators! This video will walk you through setting up your new device.

To begin, find a table near an electrical outlet to set up your system. If you still need to unpack your boxes, pause the video and do so now, reading the included getting started guide and user manual thoroughly before using the Inogen One G4®. Once everything is unpacked, remove the Inogen One G4® from the carry bag and insert one of the batteries into the bottom of the concentrator. Please ensure the particle filter is in place, essential for proper airflow. Clean the particle filter weekly to ensure optimal performance.

Connect the power adapter to the bottom of the G4® concentrator and plug it into an electrical outlet. The battery will recharge when the Inogen One G4® is plugged in with a battery attached. You can use the provided DC power cable if you need to use the device in your car. Connect the nasal cannula tubing to the metal nozzle on your Inogen One G4®, and then turn on the device by pressing and holding the power button. Set the flow rate as your healthcare professional prescribes using the flow setting buttons. Position the nasal cannula on your face and breathe normally through your nose. Remember to give yourself time to get used to how Portable Oxygen Concentrators work, as the pulsing sensation may differ from what you're accustomed to.
