Motion in Plane One shot NEET lecture | Projectile Motion | Class 11 Physics Chapter 4 One shot
This video is aimed at the aspirants of the NEET 2023. We discuss about the vectors in this video. We start with introduction to vectors. Then we discuss some basic concepts like unit vector, zero vector, equal vectors etc. Then we discuss the triangle law of vectors addition, polygon law of vectors addition, parallelogram law of vectors addition, resolution of vector in a plane along two rectangular components and resolution of vector in space along three rectangular components.
Then we study resolution of motion in two dimensions in the components along two perpendicular axes. This enables us to decouple any equation for the motion in two dimensions as two separate equations for motion along the respective components. After that we solve some previous year NEET questions based on the motion in a plane.
Then We begin with the discussion of projectile motion. Then we derive an expression for the trajectory of projectile, maximum height of the projectile, horizontal range of the projectile, time of flight etc. Finally we discuss some previous years NEET question based on the Projectile Motion.
