Fragrances for a Dark Broken Soul - Scenting The Stages of Depression

Описание: Trigger warning with this one first up. It does get deep and isn't the easiest subject to talk about. That being said, it is obviously a more sombre serious one than I'd normally do but I wanted to talk about it.

Fragrance and this do marry well. We all have different ways of coping with hard times but I personally find fragrance can be a good release and escape. It helps me cope in many different ways.

Also in the current climate of weak governments dividing and blaming everyone else for their failings and enriching the poor, the most vulnerable are being attacked. Mental illness is very real and debilitating. Nobody who's having a bad day claims they are suffering with depression. Frankly these rich privileged idiots who come out telling people to "man up" can go and get effed and I hope nobody they know and care about ever suffers from it.

Remember people, always try to talk. You're not alone, you're not weak. Everyone gets unwell and there is help and compassion out there ❤️.
