Reframe ‘Romanticizing’ Your Life

Описание: I actually think the trend of romanticizing aspects of our lives has brought a lot of people into this space of mindfulness- but I also think some people get lost in the fantasy and forget to see the magic that really is around us all the time that we don’t need to escape to experience.
There is pain and suffering and sometimes a little dose of healthy avoidance is key for our sanity; but we need not pretend there is still beauty in the world to feel it.
We need presence.
Presence breeds gratitude,
and gratitude breeds balance, reciprocity, and peace.
