Autistic Shutdowns in Adults

Описание: This feels so awful while it is happening. And even though I understand now why it is happening, and that it is not my fault, my brain still insists on beating me up about it.
I tried so hard to stop it while it was happening, but it was so intense and so physical, it was like fighting a tidal wave. all the people there were so nice and I would have loved to engage, but my brain just completely shut down. 🥺 I'm so grateful to Toren and my husband for being so understanding and supportive. I don't know how I got so lucky.💕
