Step 1:
Season your thin-cut steaks with salt, pepper and complete seasoning 24 hours in advance. Leave them in the fridge overnight, covered to prevent drying them out.
Step 2:
In a flat deep dish container, scramble eggs with a pinch of salt.
Step 3:
Place cracker meal in a separate receptacle from the eggs.
Step 4:
Dunk the steak in the egg mixture using one of your hands. Then toss it into the cracker meal.
Step 5:
Using your other hand, completely cover the steak in the cracker meal. Pat the steak down into the breading to make sure it sticks well. Repeat until you have breaded all the steaks.
Step 6:
Place the breaded steaks in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 7:
Meanwhile, heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium to high heat, until hot.
Step 8:
Fry each steak in the oil until golden brown.
Step 9:
Enjoy with your favorite Cuban side dish -- like congri or yuca con mojo!
