Siddulagutta Temple, located near Armoor in Telangana's Nizamabad district, is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva (Navanatha Siddeshwara) built amidst scenic rock formations. Known for its self-manifested (Swayambhu) Lingam, the site features a narrow, deep cave for worship, believed to be used by sages for meditation.

Key Details and History - Significance: The site is associated with the Navanathas (9 Saints/sadhus) who are believed to have performed penance here, giving it the name "Siddulagutta".
The Cave Temple: The main attraction is a Shiva Lingam situated deep inside a narrow cave. The entrance is small, requiring devotees to bend or crawl to enter and worship.
Structure: While the idol is ancient, the surrounding structures have been renovated. It features a, Swayambhu (self-manifested) Shivalayam, Ramalayam, and a Temple tTank known as Jeeva Koneru.
Geography: The temple is situated on a hillock surrounded by massive, picturesque black rock formations that stretch for about 2 km.
Access: Located about 27 km from Nizamabad, recently developed Ghat Road with 9 bends allows vehicles to reach the top, with a 10-minute walk remaining to the shrine.
