What happened to me was not at all my fault and I forgive myself for ever thinking or believing that it was.

I accept what I went through and if I should choose to, I can release the pain of the memories for my own peace and wellbeing.

I grow through whatever I go through.

My being is safe now, my body is safe now. I have the right to be safe and I am safe now!

I have the strength to restore myself!

I have the power to turn my tests into testimonies!

I was victimised yet I survived! And I choose to be a VICTORIOUS SURVIVOR!


The art of changing one's mind is simple yet not easy. Repetition is key, as is aligning your emotions to your desired outcome.
