This summer, 80 million people saw us dance at independence day in Korea.
THATDANCER was involved in the making of the show " I am Korea " from KBS (Korean TV). This show was broadcasted on national television and in large stadiums.
Korea wants to promote Korean culture but before that they first wanted Koreans to learn about other cultures. We were invited on the show, representing The Netherlands. So we took the three creators of "I am Korea" to Amsterdam and showed them around. We had a great day and they really liked our dancing, we had fun and there were many get downs during the day!
Also, the Koreans tasted "real cheese" and herring for the first time in their life!
