Backpacking Gear For Wainwright’s Coast to Coast | 13 Day Trip | June 2022

Описание: In a few days time, I plan to solo backpack Wainwright’s Coast to Coast Walk in Northern England, which should hopefully take me 13 walking days to complete. The 180 mile route starts on the shores of the Irish Sea at St Bees (west coast). The route goes through the three UK National Parks of The Lake District, The Yorkshire Dales and The North York Moors. The walk finally finishes on the shores of the North Sea at Robin Hood’s Bay (east coast).

Before leaving on my next backpacking adventure, I thought I would record the gear I’m taking with me.

My initial ‘base weight’ is 11kg (~24lbs),

2.110kg - Clothing (Spare/whilst at Campsite)

Missing gear from the video were:
1. Micro cloth for drying the tent.
2. Aeros Ultralight Pillow, rolled up in my sleeping mat.
3. Mini Sawyer backwash kit.
4. Hat.
