Описание: Southern Wind has been perfecting the art of building carbon composite yachts since 2000, pioneering advanced lamination techniques that set us apart. Our innovative "3-shot infusion process" ensures that every yacht we build is exceptionally rigid, reliable and light. This process is repeated three times: on both sides of the hull and on the bottom of the hull, ensuring an optimum ratio of resin to fibre throughout the hull. We start by laminating the outer skin to the mould. Once the outer laminate has cured, we carefully place foam core sheets, making sure there are no gaps. These sheets are then bonded together with a special epoxy adhesive called 'Core Bond'. This step is critical to maintaining the integrity of the structure. Once the Core Bond has cured, we prepare the foam surface and laminate the inner skin onto the foam. This final layer locks everything in place, resulting in perfectly aligned fibres and a well-positioned core. The result? A yacht that's incredibly light yet remarkably strong, the perfect balance of performance and durability.
