How to make a wave in Apple Motion 5. I needed to make a wave for a new cruise ship animation, so this is how I did it.
Start with a new Motion 5 canvas, and draw a circle.
To create a perfect circle hold down the shift key and then click and drag. This is a really important short cut to keep in mind.
When you gonna hit the replication tool, Change your shape from a rectangle to wave, Space out your circles with the Starting and ending points, us the frequency tool to fill in the space between the four circles and then add a rate behavior of 360°
Motion is an animation software that is developed by Apple and only runs on Macintosh computers. It's a direct competitor to Adobe After Effects and works seamlessly with Final Cut Pro and Compressor.
