The session was convened to:
• Listen directly to mentees’ real experiences and concerns
• Address gaps, lapses, and misunderstandings within the mentorship programme
• Re-establish roles, responsibilities, and expected standards
• Clarify expectations and strengthen accountability
• Agree on the way forward and necessary programme adjustments
This engagement forms part of RPJD’s continuous commitment to structured mentorship, professional development, discipline, and programme excellence under the NIBAAMS framework.
