Historical Bias doesn't have to define present situations. The Tri-Cities of Washington State has a history of bias towards race and socioeconomic class, but there is so much greatness contained within in the present day.
Becca Lingley is Director of Operations at Flex Rental Solutions, an online instructor at Liberty University, and a cofounder of Fuse SPC. Her career includes experience in human resources, nuclear power, tourism, economic development, management and sales. She holds an MBA and a PhD (ABD) in Marketing. She moved to the TriCities in 2010 from Virginia, has served on the City of Richland’s Economic Development Committee, and has worked with various organizations in a volunteer capacity.
