Set up a Bench on an Incline around 45 degrees, lay prone... these rows your elbow will be driving straight out so your arm pits will be around 90 degrees... these rows work best when you are arching the reps, not just pulling straight, so you will always have a bend in the elbows... focus on the rears and keeping tension on the rears the whole time, roll your shoulders forward as you row to take the traps out
