Akenohoshi was formed in late 2024 by a manager named Djio Gerald, meaning "Akeno" (明) which means "Bright/Shining" and "Hoshi" (星) which means "Star"
.
Akenohoshi is an idol group from Surabaya that presents the concept of Japanese idols by performing songs from the land of cherry blossoms, Akenohoshi comes with a lot of creativity, dark and tough, like our slogan "shining like stars, reaching for the galaxy"

This group was formed with the concept of an idol consisting of 7 members, where each member has their own star constellation :
Kael ( Alpha Centauri )
Bella ( Capella )
Vivi ( Sirius )
Aura ( Vega )
Nella ( Arcturus )
