From trauma to freedom - Interview w/ Heather Ensworth PH.D

Описание: I had the pleasure of interviewing Heather Ensworth PH.D recently where we discussed various topics such as astrology, the limitations of traditional psychology, trauma, healing, holistic practices, spirituality, shamanic practices, universal energies and awareness and how we integrate all of that within our lives. I have been following Heathers astrology work for a while and in this video we discussed some recent but key astrological transits and how they have affected us both individually and collectively, we also discussed the age of Aquarius.

Heather is a clinical psychologist with over 35 years of experience, she is also a internationally known astrologer with over 25 years worth of experience and she is also a shamanic practitioner who has worked with sacred healing circles for women for over 20 years. Heather is committed to exploring and teaching ancient wisdom and healing practices for our own healing and healing of the earth.

Heather has written multiple books, those being 'Finding our centre' - 'High vibrational living' - and her most recent book which is a collaboration with Kristina Lea 'From trauma to freedom' which a lot of what we spoke about is found in Heathers most recent book.
