Bully Maguire is an art lover himself, he finished his art masterpiece and decided to put it in Bikini Bottom Museum Of Everything. Meanwhile, Mr. Bean also visit the museum to take a look at the arts and artifacts there. The clash between Bully Maguire and Mr. Bean began when things go wrong with their mischievous actions inside the museum.
