I 3 Marked The WORST Tank in a Day To Prove it's Secretly Overpowered

Описание: the sturer emil (st. emil) has the easiest requirements to 3 mark in world of tanks blitz, so i guess by that definition it's the worst tank in the game?

well maybe, but why?

i set out on trying to 3 mark the tank in one day to prove one thing - is this tank secretly op? it's got a great 460dmg gun with AP, and 600 with HE (it also doesn't even have premium ammo which is insane) and 15 degrees of gun depression which seems illegal to have on a sniping TD... does it work?
