This beautiful lacy cover up works up quickly and creates a unique lace design that reminded me of the star shaped spice named Anise, hence the name for this pattern. This vest doubles as a light summer cardigan and a swim suit cover-up. Made in a lightweight cotton yarn, it feels delicate and airy. Tutorial is for Size S/M: 40 inches finished item circumference. Yarn: Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton DK in color Desert Lily, 100% cotton, light worsted (#3) weight.
Amount of yarn needed: XS-M - 4 skeins (805-940 yards); L-3XL - 5 skeins (1115-1285 yards); 4XL-5XL - 6 skeins (1420 yards).
