In this video I’m sharing my simple daily Pilates routine – done in my pyjamas, first thing in the morning. Self-care is an important part of my everyday routine, and I’ve learnt that if I don’t make time for it early in the day, it often doesn’t happen at all.
Keeping my Pilates short and gentle makes it feel achievable and realistic. I’m not aiming for perfection or long workouts – just showing up for myself for 10 minutes at a time. Little routines like this are how I build good habits without pressure, and they fit easily into real life.
If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent with movement or self-care, I hope this encourages you to start small. Ten minutes really does add up, and those quiet moments in the morning can make such a difference to how the rest of the day feels.
