SWITCHBLADE 'SILVER BULLET' ACTION

Описание: Here is a video clip of our fastest acceleration so far - an airspeed of 113 mph! As mentioned in a recent post, the purpose of this phase of testing (with wings off) is to accelerate over a longer distance to find out how the new 7-blade propeller performs at speeds above takeoff speed, before calling back in the test pilot.

Switchblade designer Sam Bousfield was our driver. You can hear him throttling down, as he gets to the end of the run where he needs to brake. He definitely greeted us with a big smile when he got out of the vehicle after this final (and fastest ever) speed run!
