The Trinetra complex, meaning “third eye,” enables real-time validation of missile and rocket systems, providing India with its own indigenous testing ecosystem. Meanwhile, HAL’s expanded Tejas Mk-1A line doubles fighter jet production from 8 to 16 aircraft annually, accelerating India’s airpower readiness. Both developments mark a turning point in India’s Atmanirbhar defence vision — where testing, validation and production are powered by homegrown technology.
