Justin Bieber Completes Sleeve with Selena Rose Tattoo?

Justin Bieber gets another new tattoo! Justin's mission to complete his full sleeve of ink seems to be pretty much complete as he shows off yet another work that has been added to his growing collection. This time the Biebs chose add a very intricate rose to his mural of ink -- ironically just a few days after arriving at Selena Gomez's 21st birthday carrying a single rose. Hmm -- do we sense a connection between the two? Just a thought. Anyway -- JB debuted the new tat in New York last night after performing at the Prudential Centre in New Jersey. Apparently immediately following the performance, the Biebs headed straight over to the well-known Bang Bang Tattoo Parlor to complete this latest addition. And as usual, Justin also took to instagram to share a few blurry pics of the tat with fans, but made the actual debut when he emerged from the tattoo shop to pose for pics with a ton of excited fans. Now in case you've lost track -- this now makes 17 tattoos for the Biebs -- all of which he has gotten since turning 16 just 3 years ago. Most recently he has added a giant eye, which he explained means quote, "Moms always watching ;)" as well as a giant knight that he added back in June and of course, the highly publicized angel tattoo that bears an uncanny resemblance to ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
