Today I am sharing very tasty and easy Poha recipe 🥰 Perfect for breakfast or evening snack. Soft, flavorful and full of masala taste!
First take 1 cup poha, wash well and soak in water. Keep aside.
In one bowl add 1 spoon tamarind pulp, red chilli powder, half spoon sambar powder, and jaggery powder. Mix well to make a smooth paste.
Chop 1 onion and 1 tomato into small pieces.
Now heat a pan, add 1 spoon cooking oil. Add chana dal, jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves and let them splutter. Then add chopped onion and tomato, mix well and fry nicely.
After that, add the prepared masala paste and fry well. Now add soaked poha and salt as per taste. Mix everything well.
Finally add freshly grated coconut and coriander leaves. Mix gently.
Soft, tangy and delicious Poha is ready to eat 😋✨
