Well, that's what happened when I took a trip to Wales at the start of September to check out the Marin trail.
It's been 20 years since we had ridden there. Not much has changed. Mark up front, me whinging, Paul bringing up the rear. But a lot has changed with the trail. Its name for one. Its now called Gwydir Mawr Trail. 25km of Big climbs, big descents and brilliant singletrack. Put some rain into the equation and it becomes an entirely different beast.
If you ever find yourself in Betws-y-Coed I encourage you to check out one of Wales's lesser known trails. You will not be disappointed. Eye's Up !
