1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Pork
8 Garlic Cloves
1 ½" Cinnamon Stick
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
⅓ cup Sugar
6 Cloves
15 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
2 cups Onion
8 Garlic Cloves (thin roundels)
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
Vinegar
½ cup Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Makes: About 825g
