The Supreme Court has affirmed that the 2025 impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte is unconstitutional.
But to clarify: this doesn't mean that she was proven innocent. The impeachment was barred because it did not follow proper rules.
If groups want to file a new impeachment complaint, they may do so this year. Here's Rappler reporter Jairo Bolledo to explain.
