Kalabasa Pilipit Pangnegosyo Recipe... using glutinous rice flour and mashed pumpkin makes this recipe different from the traditional Pilipit or Bitso Bitso. This kakanin is famous in Lucban and Tayabas, Quezon area.
ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup mashed boiled pumpkin or kalabasa
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 to 2 tbsp water (as needed)
1 cup granulated sugar for caramel sauce
