In 2025, the Minnesota legislature adopted new state-level regulations for proposed data center developments. These facilities can bring jobs and investment and also raise questions around water use, energy, noise, land use, and city planning. This webinar dug deeper into regulations, decision making, and questions cities might consider when a data center is proposed in their community.
