Tonight we explore the heart of Beyoğlu and one of the most iconic streets in Turkey — Istiklal Street.

Our journey begins at Taksim Square, where we board the historic red tram of Istiklal Street, a nostalgic symbol of the city that has been running through this famous avenue for decades. From here we travel through the vibrant nightlife of Istanbul, surrounded by thousands of people enjoying the evening atmosphere.

This Turkey walking tour 4K captures the real spirit of Istanbul after dark. Along the way we pass colorful cafes, lively bars, street performers, and the famous shopping streets that make Istiklal Caddesi one of the most visited places in Turkey.

As we reach the end of the street near Tünel, we arrive at one of the world’s oldest underground railways — the historic Tünel line connecting Beyoğlu and Karaköy, opened in 1875.

From here the walking tour continues back through the lively streets toward Taksim. We pass beautiful historic buildings like Narmanlı Han, explore charming cafes and restaurants, and see famous food shops including Hafız Mustafa 1864, known for its legendary Turkish delights and desserts.

The streets are full of energy, music, lights, and people enjoying the nightlife of Istanbul in March 2026, with a cool evening temperature of 12°C (53°F).
