Описание: i really love the way this overlay came out, it looks great. i also have fun playing with the shaders on retroarch to make it look like it was recorded off a screen! gives it more vibrant colors and a retro feel i really enjoy. i am still looking for this shiny snivy haha..please snivy shine for me soon
