Sasuke's favorite Okaka Onigiri 🍙 from Naruto

Описание: This is onigiri with katsuobushi (bonito flakes), also called okaka are Sasuke Uchiha's favorite food :)

Recipe:
-400g sushi rice
-550ml of water
-20g bonito flakes
-1-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds
-4 nori sheets
-Salt and water to shape

Wash the rice until the water is clear. Let the rice rest for 30 minutes. Do not leave the rice in the water. Cook the rice according to instructions.

Carefully roast bonito flakes over medium heat. Always stir, otherwise they can burn easily. Set the heat to low. Add sesame oil and soy sauce and stir. Turn the heat off and add the toasted sesame seeds.

Cut nori sheets into strips. Add water and salt to your hands. Simply form half balls and put the filling in between, then continue to form triangles. Now wrap the nori sheet around it. Dip the top again into the bonito spice mixture.
