It was developed by Grove Street Games and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on 11 November 2021. For Android and iOS devices the premiere is scheduled in the first half of 2022.
