These can be used on any dslr or mirrorless camera even on camcorders.
the microphones plug into the camera 3.5mm jack mic input and need plug-in power 2v-5v.

The arms are made of a flexible arm used as tripod. You can use any tripod arms as long as you have a way to attach the arms to the camera hot-shoe.
I used on the Primo EM258 microphone a gardening metal wire to act like antennas and hold the capsules in place how I eanted them.
The setup is flexible. the arms can be made wider for a wider stereo image or narrower for close-up recordings.

Audio is not processed in any way except for boost of 10db. it's as it came out of the Panasonic Lumix S5 camera.

EM172 or EM272 is used for the Pluggy Micbooster DIY microphone.

You could call these the IONmics.

Recorded directly by the Panasonic Lumix S5 thru rhe camera microphone in 3.5mm trs stereo plug.
The Lumix S5 applies a low-pass filter so that frequencies above 15k are removed.
These microphones can record much higher and the Primo EM258 based microphone can even record ultrasonic frequencies with the right recorder and sample rate.
