Gears 5 - Escape: The Link (Masters) Tactician, Discipline Only Solo

The map where the Overkill is king for most classes. Hit those actives and nail those headshots if you want to win, something I should have done more of.

Normally, I'm not much of a challenge run kind of guy, but if ‪@wabgarok‬ watched this and I hadn't done Discipline only, he'd be a little disappointed that no one else was having as much fun as him on The Link.

00:00 - Look before you leap. It didn't make the winning run, but it was worth putting in.

01:10 - Act 1
That Saferoom fight can get you.
You either fight and kill everything, kill some and make that mad dash for the door, or you take a drone hostage and you use them as a shield as you walk to the Saferoom.
I killed some and then ran for it because it's too easy to lose that fight over and over again.

07:07 - Act 2
I cut out about a minute worth of video. 30 seconds of me waiting for locker-generated ammo and 30 seconds waiting for the venom to force the doors to close.
I didn't use my Ult at all, but I should have. There was no reason not to. Every bullet helps.
Don't hard aim on enemies waiting to spawn, it'll slow them down, which is why the Warden wasn't at 1 shot after the poppers blew up.
I wanted to kill that Warden, but he didn't feel like walking out to the LZ, or charging me.

I got a little too close to my work.
Too slow. That's what I get for wanting the Longshot & Overkill.
Leeches. Man, F those leeches.
I was a bit slow and the last 3 drones just had to be on the right side, didn't they?
