Описание: Easy Living Project First of all, the goal is to create housing that is as affordable as possible for any social group of the population. Therefore, priority in the project is given to the cost of housing. In this regard, 6 households are planned on one site, mainly for low-income families of 2-4 people. The first floor is built from concrete structures using ICON technology, the second floor is made from a wooden frame. The ceiling between the 1st and 2nd floors is also made of a wooden frame. The project also provides for the possibility of storing rainwater, which will allow saving on the water source, and also provides solar electric panels as a solution for saving on electricity. Blocked houses of 6 units form a block with external and internal courtyards, which, if necessary, can be closed in order to ensure greater safety for guests. Wooden materials are predominantly used in interior decoration, which is both an environmentally friendly and budget solution that meets high aesthetic standards.
