Local Variable Used In Anonymous Inner Class/Lambda Expression Is 'final'

Описание: The local variable present inside a method can be accessed from the lambda expression block/closure or anonymous inner class block. But once we use it, the local variable becomes ‘final’ and we cannot change its value anymore. However, if we do not use it inside the lambda expression block/closure or anonymous inner class block, the local variable won’t be declared as ‘final’ and we can change its value.
