India is undergoing a 21-day lockdown to deal with the ongoing coronavirus crisis. Meanwhile, the World Bank has announced financial assistance to India. The World Bank has approved $ 100 million emergency aid to India to deal with the coronavirus.
According to Indian rupees, this assistance is worth 76 billion, 41 crore and 90 lakh rupees around Rs 7,600 crores. The Central Government had announced Rs 15,000 crore rupees for spending on medical facilities.
