Join us as we follow the construction of the new wooden roller coaster, set to open at Alton Towers in spring 2018. Manufactured by Great Coasters International, the ride will be located on the site of the old log flume, a ride that will be demolished during the construction phase.
In today's update, we take a look at the site just a few days after the planning permission was accepted. Work to demolish The Flume is expected to start in the next few weeks, so we take a look at how the ride currently stands. We look forward to sharing this exciting build with regular updates here on Theme Park Worldwide.
